Can you spare an hour or two?

Our regular volunteers have been busy tidying up the park in readiness for winter, but there’s always a lot to do at this time of year.

Our last mass volunteer session was a great success, when around a dozen people managed to tame ‘the maze’. We plan to do the same again, this time cutting back the shrubs and bushes around the park that need their Autumn trim.

Please do come and join us between 10:00 and 12:00 on 26th October. There’s no need to be here for two hours, any time you can spare would be appreciated.

We need people to cut back the bushes (we will show you what to do) or you can help by simply gathering the cuttings and taking them to our compost heap. Tools will be provided or bring your own.
